The Hot Chocolate Story

Blendonomics was born from a collaboration between Dhairyasheel Khatavkar, a seasoned restaurant business consultant, and Aman Bhatnagar, owner of "Cafe Fairytale." Recognizing the gap in the market, they ventured to introduce hot chocolate as a product. Disappointed by the subpar offerings in the market, they embarked on a journey to create their own blend – a premix that not only saves time but consistently produces a thick, authentic Italian hot chocolate within 60 seconds.
