Delivery Areas

We currently ship pan-India via Delhivery. At checkout, we check your pincode for serviceability before you pay — if we cannot currently deliver to your address, you will see this before completing payment.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days.
• Non-metro / remote areas: typically 5–7 business days.

Dispatch happens from our Rohtak, Haryana facility once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the weight of your order — you will see the exact shipping cost and total before you pay.

Packaging

Every order ships in secure, tamper-evident packaging designed to protect product quality and freshness in transit.

Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified. For delivery updates, contact us on WhatsApp with your order or payment ID.

Common Questions

• Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Contact us immediately — we can update it only before the order has been dispatched.
• Do you ship internationally? Not currently — India only.
• Can I cancel my order after it has shipped? Once an order has shipped, it falls under our Returns & Claims policy rather than cancellation.
