• By placing an order with Blendonomics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Our products are intended for professional and personal use in India; we currently ship within India only.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes will be reflected on this page.

2. Product Information and Availability

• We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing and images.
• Product availability may vary; in case of out-of-stock items, we will notify you promptly.
• Product formulations may be updated for quality or compliance reasons.

3. Payment and Pricing

• Payments are accepted via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). All orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not currently available.
• Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Blendonomics reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation from Razorpay.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
• Custom or bulk B2B orders may have different cancellation terms, agreed at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping policies are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to product type and condition — see Returns & Claims.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• Blendonomics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service.
• Professional use of our blends is at the buyer’s discretion; any misuse is the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images and recipes, is owned by Blendonomics. No part of this content may be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.
