Food-Safe Sourcing
Imported through FSSAI-compliant channels and supplied against food-safety documentation on every consignment.
How Cafés Use It

VIVID. EARTHY. ROBUST.
Shizuoka, Japan
The slopes near Mount Fuji hold a distinct micro-climate, heavy mist, volcanic soil, and wide temperature swings. Those conditions push the tea plant to build more chlorophyll and L-theanine, giving the leaf a fuller, more savoury profile and a deeper, more stable green.

Questions cafés ask
How do I make a matcha latte?
Sift 5 g of matcha. Add 30 ml of water at 70°C, not boiling, and whisk into a smooth paste. Pour it over milk, hot or iced.
Is this ceremonial grade?
No. It is premium culinary grade, made to mix with milk and to bake with.
Does it clump?
It is milled fine and dissolves quickly. Sifting before whisking gives the smoothest paste.
Can I bake with it?
Yes. It keeps its colour and earthy taste in high-heat baking.
How long does it keep?
2 years in the sealed pack.
What is the minimum order for bulk?
5 kg.
