The Dessert-Menu Workhorse
Hazelnut sits at the intersection of drink and dessert, it is the variant operators reach for when they want a hot chocolate that photographs and sells like a treat. The praline note is calibrated to survive a full boil without collapsing into flat sweetness, so it holds up whether it is made to order or batched for volume service.
