Built for the Long Season
Irish is formulated around malt and vanilla rather than straight cocoa intensity, which gives it a longer season than a citrus or fruit variant, it works from the first cold snap through the last. The toasted-marshmallow finish is subtle by design, so it reads as comfort food rather than a novelty drink.
