When Consistency Is the Product
In the commercial sector, the primary requirement is repeatability. Our 70/30 Blend is formulated to provide a stable profile that survives high milk ratios and varying extraction environments. We source through direct trade to keep the base components static year-round, so your operators maintain consistent quality without constant grinder recalibration.
Making 70/30 at home
70/30 is a strong, smoky medium roast with a dark chocolate finish. The 30% Robusta gives it the body to taste of coffee through milk, so it suits the way most people drink coffee at home: with milk, from a moka pot, a French press or a home espresso machine. It was built for busy café espresso machines, which is why it holds up in a large cup of milk.
