Built for the Menu, Not the Shelf
Most café blends are designed to look good on a bag. This one was formulated to perform across a busy service. The 80/20 ratio is not arbitrary, it is the result of testing across espresso machines at different temperatures and pressures. Your team will pull consistent shots without dialling in from scratch every day.
Making 80/20 at home
80/20 is a smooth medium roast with strong body and a chocolate core. The 20% Robusta gives it enough crema and weight for a latte or cappuccino at home, while the 80% Arabica keeps it rounder and less bitter than a stronger blend. It was tested across café espresso machines, so it pulls a steady shot on a home machine too.

Questions people ask
Is 80/20 good with milk?
Yes. The 20% Robusta gives it the crema and body to carry through a latte or cappuccino.
Which grind should I choose?
Match it to what you brew with: Moka Pot for a moka pot, French Press for a French press, Coffee Filter for South Indian filter, Pour Over for a dripper, Home Espresso for a home machine. Choose Whole Bean only if you own a grinder.
What is the difference between 80/20 and 70/30?
70/30 has more Robusta, so it is stronger and smokier, at ₹1,100 per kg. 80/20 is smoother, with a chocolate core, at ₹1,300 per kg.
How long does it stay fresh?
6 months in the sealed bag, counted from the roast date. Whole beans stay fresh longer than ground coffee after the bag is opened.
